By accessing and using Homiy, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Homiy is a creator platform that enables content creators to monetize their work through DRM-protected content delivery and local payment integration in Uzbekistan. We provide tools for creators to upload, manage, and sell their content to supporters.

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

As a creator on Homiy, you agree to: • Own or have proper rights to all content you upload • Not upload content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights • Not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Pay the 10% platform fee on earnings as outlined in our pricing

Homiy is free to use for creators. We charge a 10% platform fee on all earnings from content sales. This fee is automatically deducted from payments before they are transferred to your account.

You retain ownership of your content. By uploading content to Homiy, you grant us a limited license to: • Store, process, and deliver your content • Apply DRM protection to your content • Display your content to potential supporters • Process payments for your content

You may not use Homiy to: • Upload illegal or infringing content • Engage in fraudulent activities • Attempt to circumvent our DRM protection • Spam or harass other users • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Homiy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
